Voivoi is a bilingual early-learning app for children, developed by Khoa Nguyen ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. The app is intended to be set up by a parent or guardian; children should use it with adult supervision.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Voivoi on devices you own, for private, non-commercial use. All content in the app — artwork, audio, lesson design, the Voivoi character — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, and their refund policies apply. Purchases sit behind a parental gate and are intended to be made by adults only.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what little data the app touches: no accounts, no ads, no personal information.

No warranty

Voivoi is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it safe, correct, and delightful, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
